“Really,” Chris drawled. Walking back around the desk, he sat back down in his chair.

“Yeah, I love her, but that girl’s got some serious issues.” Toying with his tie jokingly, Dylan stretched it out in front of him and stroked it obscenely, while wiggling his eyebrows. “Nothing I can’t handle, I assure you.”

“You want to know what I’m doing?”

“Yes.”

“Fine, I’m looking for waterproof sex toys for Eliza and me to use tonight.” Dylan’s mouth fell open and he dropped his tie in shock. Chris chuckled at the sight of his cool as a cucumber friend at a loss for words.

“Are you joking?” he asked, his voice lowering.

“Nope.”

“Well hell, I see a lot has changed since the other night.”

“Changed enough, that’s for sure,” Chris agreed.

“If you’re serious about this, you know there’s only one way to go about it.”

“Really, and what’s that?”

“Why don’t you ask Kayla to go with you?”

“I’m not taking your fiancé with me to a porn store,” Chris gasped.

“Why not?”

“Because, man, that’s just wrong.”

“Ah come on, she’ll get a kick out of it.”

“No.”

“I’ll call her right now.”

“No.”

“These days she’s become a porn store expert. She even has her favorite one.” Dylan picked up the phone, trying to turn it around, but Chris snatched it out of his hand.

“There’s no way in hell I’m going to a dirty store with Rainbow Bright.”

“But Chris…”

“When hell freezes over,” Chris denied adamantly.
